DSPLinux In Networking
DSPLinux is the natural choice for networking devices since networking protocols and standards
are usually implemented on Linux first. More than 80
percent of e-mail servers and 60 percent of web servers run Open Source software on Linux or related operating systems. Features such as firewalling,
port forwarding, IP masquerading and routing are all standard with Linux networking. DSPs power many of today's wireless devices and are well-suited
for the demands of voice processing and encryption.
